Payment Terms
| Payment and Deposit |
At the commencement of all hires, we require a deposit, plus the total hire charge, including fuel and delivery costs (if applicable). Payment can be by cash or cheque with the appropriate bank card. Higher deposit may be reqiured - dependant on circumstances |
| Identification |
We require to see your Current Driving License or Passport (both if travelling abroad), and One (1) other form of Identification with your permanent UK living address. i.e Utility Bill, Bank Statement etc at the time of collection. |
| Advance Booking |
It is easy to reserve equipment in advance and also recommended, if at all possible. Please call to avoid disappointment. |
| Hire Period Definitions |
"1 Day" means up to 24 hours. Goods kept for extra time will be charged as extra days. "2 Days" means up to 48 hours. "7 Days" means a period of seven consecutive days including weekends and public holidays. |
| Safety Equipment |
Our customers' safety is paramount. All our equipment is maintained to the highest standard. However, appropriate safety equipment must be used by experienced and inexperienced operators alike. |
| Delivery & Collection |
We are happy to deliver. The service is efficient and reasonably priced, just call for a quotation. |
| Cleaning |
This is free for normal, reasonable soiling, though we reserve the right to make a charge for equipment returned in an exceptionally dirty state. |
| V.A.T. |
This must be added to all hire charges shown in our price list for Business Customers. |
| Prices |
All Prices are in pounds sterling. Bank holidays are charged at Weekend Rates. |
| Insurance |
All hirers shall at all times and in all respects insure the owner against and from any and every expense, liability, loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever. |

Barwell Trailer Hire Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter, or increase the charges on this website or our current catalogue as well as add or withdraw any equipment described and /or illustrated at their sole discretion and without notice.
